The Old Barge, Folly Island, Hertford

The Old Barge
Situated at the head of the River Lee navigation in Hertford, The Old Barge Pub makes an excellent
destination for cyclists, walkers and river users.
The Old Barge has just had a refurbishment to the interior and exterior.
LRS Sign & Lighting were asked to re-furbish gold leaf letters (THE OLD BARGE) to produce new gilded (FREE HOUSE). We also restored the old handmade brass lanterns and supplied new A-boards and amenities. Colours used Benskins red with gold leaf and gloss white painted wording.

The Maple Leaf, Covent Garden

The Maple Leaf in Covent Garden as the name suggests,
this pub has a very strong Canadian influence.
The Maple Leaf serves some of Canada’s best Beers including
Sleeman’s, Moose Head and Molson Canadian.

We worked closely with the designers to bring their visuals to life.
The swing sign and the gantry are bespoke manufactured in-house, finished
with a hand painted 3D relief Maple leaf and gold leaf house name.
The main pub signs, amenity boards and A-boards are aluminium sprayed in Spanish Brown for the background and gloss black for the bullnose. The Spanish brown and burnished Gold leaf compliment each on the glass fascias.
The Maple Leaf looks great at night with our trough lights and hand made brass lanterns.

N0. 88 Bar & Grill

This was a traditional pub which has now been changed into a modern bar with an open plan dining area. The fascia signs are applied gloss black acrylic letters on locators with trough lighting. The splayed corner sign is a custom-made lightbox, mounted off the wall for a halo effect. The New signage scheme has transformed this site.
